Dr. Sadie M. Randle is the founder, owner, and lead consultant at Unique Pathways Educational Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience in education, she brings creativity, compassion, and practical expertise to supporting students, families, and educators.

Sadie began her career at the Spring Hill Dr. Barnardo Residential School for children and adults with autism in Yorkshire, England. After relocating to California in 2003, she joined the Santa Clara County Office of Education as an Education Specialist for the Autism Project. Her career has included classroom teaching, educational leadership, and serving as School Director at several of the Bay Area’s most respected non-public schools.

Recognized for her creativity and meticulous approach, Sadie was honored as Santa Clara County Teacher of the Year in 2015. She holds a Master’s in Education, a California Education Specialist Credential, and a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Innovation. Her published dissertation explored psychological safety in the workplace—a focus that informs her commitment to creating environments where people feel safe to ask questions, express their needs, and contribute their perspectives.

Through Unique Pathways, Sadie helps families understand educational options, navigate the IEP process, and advocate for support that reflects their child’s individual strengths and needs. She also provides individualized instruction, coaching, and professional development, working alongside families and educators to turn recommendations into meaningful, practical support.

Sadie also serves as an educational consultant and expert witness in court matters involving children’s education. Her work includes independent reviews of educational records, programs, and proposed placements, along with written reports and expert testimony. She brings an objective, evidence-informed perspective to help attorneys and courts understand educational considerations and how different programs may support a child’s learning needs.

At the heart of her work is a belief that progress begins with understanding the individual. Sadie values relationships built on trust, open communication, and respect. She strives to help families feel heard, informed, and confident as they make decisions about their child’s education and future.

Her commitment to access and inclusion extends beyond her consulting practice. She is President and Founder of The Bridge the Gap Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing financial barriers to needed services and support, and President-Elect of the Autism Society San Francisco Bay Area.

Elizabeth Rodriguez has spent more than a decade supporting students with moderate to severe Autism Spectrum Disorder and related needs. Her work integrates behavior management, communication strategies, vocational skills, and community-based learning.

Her path into education was deeply personal — inspired by her sibling, who has a significant disability. Before becoming a classroom educator, Elizabeth worked as a behavior technician in home and clinical settings, and has been actively involved with organizations like Nuevo Horizontes that advocate for children with special needs.

Victoria Johnston serves as the Psycho-educational Support Specialist at Unique Pathways Educational Consulting, where she supports the development of individualized educational resources, lesson plans, student materials, and evidence-based learning supports. She works closely with Dr. Sadie Randle to assist with educational research, resource development, and the preparation of materials that help students, families, and educators achieve meaningful educational outcomes.

Victoria earned bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with a minor in Education, Democracy, and Justice. Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in human development, learning, and the social factors that influence educational success.

Victoria is passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners and is committed to creating engaging, individualized resources that empower students to build confidence and reach their full potential. She has a particular interest in educational psychology, executive functioning, autism, ADHD, and evidence-based practices that promote meaningful learning experiences.

As an emerging professional, Victoria values continuous learning and is excited to expand her knowledge of educational advocacy, special education, and psycho-educational support while working alongside students, families, and professionals throughout the Bay Area. Outside of her professional work, Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and continuing to learn about the fields of psychology and education.
