Sadie, founder of Unique Pathways Educational Consulting San Francisco Bay Area, holds a California Education Specialist credential for moderate to severe special education and a Doctorate in Education. Prior to moving to California, she served at the Spring Hill Dr. Barnardo Residential School for children and adults with autism in Yorkshire, England.

  • Sadie began working with the Santa Clara County Office of Education in 2003 as an Education Specialist for the Autism Project. Known as a creative, passionate, and highly motivated teacher with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, Sadie was honored with the Santa Clara County Teacher of the Year award in 2015. Over the past two decades, she has been a compassionate and effective leader and mentor in education, special education, and disability accessibility.

  • In 2023, Sadie channeled her passion and over 25 years of experience into founding Unique Pathways San Francisco Bay Area. She firmly believes that all families and individuals with special educational needs deserve expert support navigating the system, as well as advocacy for their right to a personalized, quality educational path and plan. Through her empathetic, research-based approach, Sadie’s mission is to help each family discover their unique educational pathway.
